If "This device is not compatible with this version" is displayed in the Google Play Store, try the following:

1) Check the status of the Google Play Store and OS
- Confirm that the Google Play Store app is up to date.
- Confirm that the OS is updated to the latest version.

2) Clear the Google Play Store app cache and storage
- Open the "Settings" app on the Android device.
