The following issue is currently recognized.
Issue Details:
Some users on iPhone/iPad are unable to proceed to the Game even after tapping "Tap to Start" on the title screen.
This issue may be related to the status of Game Center on iOS. The following actions may resolve the problem:
- Restart the device
- Launch the Game while signed out of Game Center
Settings > Game Center > "Sign Out" at the bottom of the screen
- Launch the Game while signed out of the Apple Account
App Store > Account icon at the top right > Account name section > "Sign Out" at the bottom of the screen
