Unable to Play Due to a "Fraudulent Activity" or "Violation of the Terms of Service" Message


To maintain a safe and fair environment for all players, we monitor and take measures against fraudulent and prohibited activities.
If you are unable to play the game due to a message such as “Fraudulent Activity” or “Violation of the Terms of Service” appearing when launching the game, the following activities or environments may have been detected:
 ・Modification of game data (cheating)
 ・Use of automated tools (BOTs) or support tools
 ・Use of unauthorized apps or external tools
 ・Account sharing or account boosting/play services
 ・Use of illegally obtained Gems or unofficial payment services
If behavior that violates the Terms of Service is confirmed, actions such as account suspension may be taken without prior notice.
