If data backup (data sharing) was completed on the previous device before changing devices, gameplay can be resumed on a new device.
Before creating new player data on the new device, open the BRIDGE data transfer account selection page from the "Data Transfer" button on the title screen and select the backed-up account. The app will restart upon completing the transfer process.
If recovering game data independently is difficult, data recovery may be possible by the management team after verifying identity.
