If a video does not play, try the following steps:
- Switch between Wi-Fi and carrier networks (e.g., 4G/5G).
- Close the app and restart it.
- Use "Clear Cache" under "Data Management" on the bottom left of the title screen.
- Disable any ad-blocking apps or settings.
Note that if video viewing is canceled midway, no rewards will be granted, but the viewing count will not be spent.
