If items or equipment exceed the maximum held capacity, handling varies by item type.

Items such as gold, weapon and armour upgrade materials, and vocation tree items will be discarded if they exceed the limit.
Other items will be sent to the Gift Box.

The Gift Box has a display limit of 2,970 entries, but there is no limit on the number of items it can store.

Items not displayed in the Gift Box will become visible once already displayed gifts are claimed, freeing up display slots.

Items not displayed in the Gift Box cannot be claimed using the 'Claim All' function.

Some items have claim deadlines, so regular claiming is recommended.
